The Franklin RIdge HOA is a townhome community of 215 homes located on four private roads in Baltimore County, Maryland. Centrally located to an abundance of shopping venues, restaurants and a short hop, skip and jump to the nation's interstate, it couldn't be simpler to get where you need to go from Franklin Ridge.
Whether you are a Resident Owner, a Tenant or a Non-Resident Owner, we encourage you to join the website. Registration is easy. Just click the register link in the upper right of the screen and fill in your information. You can display as much or as little information as you like in the Resident Directory, which is a great way to get to know your neighbors and communicate with one another. Upload your picture if you like so we can see who you are. Most pages are private so only residents will be able to see the information you want to share.
Do you have pets? Sign them up too and upload a picture so residents can keep an eye out for them in case they ever find their way out of the yard without you. You can post Yard Sales, Classified Ads, or just download the forms you need for the project you want!
By joining you also get the ability to receive communications electronically. So you'll know before anyone else what's going on in the community. Add your cell phone number and receive emergency texts regarding emergency water shut-off's, for example. So you'll never be caught with a full head of shampoo again that you can't rinse out!
